Our Time2Talk service offers mediation to young people and family members of different generations who are experiencing relationship difficulties. We can help children and young people aged 9 to 19 and their parents, grandparents, carers or any other adult in their lives to:
We are happy to accept referrals to our Time2Talk service from the adults or young people experiencing conflict, from agency workers working with young people, teachers, pastoral care, or other school or college personnel, GP's or any community or support groups.
We would be happy to talk in confidence with anyone thinking of making a referral before you complete our form so that we can make sure the case is suitable for mediation.
Fees and Charges
The Time2Talk service for families with children aged 9-19 is supported by funding from BBC Children in Need. Fees may be applicable for intergenerational mediation where the young person is over 19 years of age.
The Time2Talk service is available throughout Eastbourne, Wealden and Lewes District Council areas shown on the map. To refer a case to us, please call our office for an initial conversation to see if we can help.
